amazing location and excellent service!

The location is superb. restaurants are on the same street, made dining out so easy. i was able to check in early, what a bonus! everything i needed was provided. This was a very pleasant surprise.
the absence of staff at the venue was definitely felt. the cigarette smell was quite pungent and a bit off-putting in the room, i hope they can improve this.

some issues needs addressing
smoke smelldusty mirrors
The building stunk of smoke. this was constant and pretty strong. it made me have a headache. the cleanliness wasn't great either. It was dusty, and mirrors hadn't been cleaned for a while. the towels smelled of smoke, i thought it was really bad.

cozy stay near victoria
convenient locationeasy check-inample storagesteep stairways
the location was convenient. bus route 24 was just around the corner, i found victoria underground station within a short walk. buckingham palace and big ben were also easily accessible by foot. the self check-in and check-out process was simple. the room had plenty of storage space (which helped keep things tidy).
the entryway had some clutter and the stairways were quite steep. i found them almost dangerous. accessing tea, coffee, and sugar refills was difficult (since no staff was present).

many good places to eat are located around the area. a tesco express is nearby (for buying groceries). i appreciated having options close by. this made meals and snacks very convenient.
